Neelikon work closely with the US FDA to supply our range of D & C, FD & C, Organic Lakes and Inorganic Pigments for colour cosmetics. These all come with US FDA paperwork so that traceability is transparent from manufacturer through the supply chain to the customer.

Our state-of-the-art laboratory staffed with in-house chemists and technicians for quality control and research and development, coupled with our new manufacturing facilities which incorporates custom blending, high sheer mixing, bead milling to achieve the finest quality dispersions available. Our trademarked dispersions, DispersAqua™ and DispersOil™, use One World One Quality products which are high purity colours with low impurities which will meet appropriate legislation JECFA, USA, Europe, Japan, China and India where applicable.
